While announcing that Stella would not disembark from KQ on Monday, May 17, another clear indication that she had eaten the musician’s ‘fare’, the airline said it would fly Mwamburi and his wife to Mombasa so that he could heal from the pain meted on him.

“We can now confirm that Stella won’t be coming home this year due to travel restrictions. We are “short” of words. However, we’ll be happy to deliver some gifts to her via KQ Cargo.

As for the one and only Mr FreshlyMwamburi, we are thrilled that he will be flying with us to Mombasa with his new love to ease his heartache,” the statement from KQ indicated.

Many lauded Kenya Airways for their offer to the musician saying he deserved a breather while others joked they were disappointed that Stella did not come back home to Mwamburi.
