Cooch Behar, Feb 14 (UNI) West Bengal Governor Jagdeep Dhankar in the presence of Union Minister of State (I/C) for Culture and Tourism Prahlad Singh Patel inaugurated the 11th Rashtriya Sanskriti Mahotsav (RSM) at Cooch Behar Palace.
Minister for Culture and Tourism Pralhad Singh Patel said there is a need to preserve and encourage traditional culture and hence the program is being held in Rajbari recognizing the significance in the region.
