Wrexham and Flintshire offences before Mold Magistrates Court this week

MANY defendants appeared at Mold Magistrates Court this week.

Kevin Arron Crocombe, aged 40 and of Llys Penuel in Rhosllanerchrugog, appeared at the court on Monday

He admitted stealing Persil washing liquid to the value of £35 belonging to Spar Stores in Rhos on December 31, 2020.

The court handed him a fine of £138 and ordered him to pay £25 compensation, a victim surcharge of £34 and £85 costs.

Thomas Rhys Gilbert, aged 20 and of Blacklane Road in Pentre Broughton, appeared at the court on Monday.

He admitted that on October 21, 2020, in Summerhill, he took a mechanically propelled vehicle without the consent of the owner and before it was recovered an accident occurred causing damage to another vehicle.

He also admitted that on that date he used a motor vehicle on a road without third party insurance and that he failed to stop following an accident.

For taking the vehicle he received a fine of £906 and was ordered to pay a £91 victim…
