Chittilappilly invests in Verteil Technologies – Times of India

KOCHI: Kochouseph Chittilappilly, Chairman Emeritus of V-Guard Industries Ltd invested an undisclosed sum in Verteil Technologies, an IATA Level 4 certified NDC aggregator working in airline distribution space based out of Infopark Kochi, during the recently closed Pre-Series A Investment round.
The other investors in the round, led by boutique investment banking firm Bluebell Group, Kochi, are Hassan Kunhi M.P, Chairman of Medtech Corporation Qatar, Director of Kannur International Airport & Asset Homes and K M Varghese, a NRI entrepreneur and social worker based in Qatar.
With the goal of achieving a unicorn status by 2024, Verteil is preparing to start a Series A fundraise of Rs 100 crore.
