The Digital Innovation Group a GA Telesis company, and the Government Blockchain Association formed the GBA Aviation & Aerospace Working Group. This formation kicks off the start of growing a global consortium of aviation and aerospace stakeholders within the GBA for exploring the use of blockchain in aerospace and aviation, and how decentralized ledger technology can be of value in improving industry supply chains, MRO services, aircraft, travel, airports and the future of the industry.

Blockchain-based COVID-19 vaccine passports coming to South Korea

South Korea has become the latest country to announce the launch of a COVID-19 vaccination passport powered by blockchain technology. The passport will roll out later this month to allow a faster return to normalcy.
