Travel experts set sights on region’s best offerings

Some of Australia’s most influential travel planners have visited the Sunshine Coast to help drive bookings to the region.

Visit Sunshine Coast welcomed business event planners and representatives from leading travel organisations such as TripAdvisor, Expedia, Tourism Australia and Goway Travel last week.

The group was shown the breadth of experiences the Sunshine Coast has to offer, including Saltwater Eco Tours in Mooloolaba, the TreeTop Challenge in Woombye, the Eumundi Markets, NightQuarter in Birtinya and a slew of different restaurants, local producers and accommodation options.
